It was so easy to make the appointment. When I called, I was transferred to the parts department to be sure the tire was in stock which was so helpful. I was then transferred to service to make my appointment. When I arrived Tim Johnson was so helpful and friendly. He checked me in very efficiently and checked out my car. He was able to spot the problem and assured me the problem would be fixed. When completed, Tim came to the waiting room to get me and again efficiently checked me out. Over the years since 2002 dealing with this Volvo Dealership has always been a pleasure. All staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. More
