Grant Bos should teach courses on customer service. He is simply the best. He anticipates needs and meets them without being asked. His focus is totally on assisting the customer. I went to see these guys about buying a Volvo SUV; I liked the car, but the salesperson lacked basic product knowledge about the car (I knew the equipment packages far better than he did)..then, as we w liked the car, but the salesperson lacked basic product knowledge about the car (I knew the equipment packages far better than he did)..then, as we were negotiating, he kept "going to see his manager", who then kept coming in and trying all the old-school sales tactics to get us to close the deal. He was very lame, and when (after 2.5 hours) we said to heck with it and left, he made a point of calling over our heads "to call that other couple who was in here--they can buy that car."
