Everything was great other than when I tried to call back to get a ride I couldn’t get through and then I left several messages with no response. I had to wait until I could get a ride then picked it up two to get a ride I couldn’t get through and then I left several messages with no response. When I brought the car home I noticed that the trunk had to be unloaded to be worked on and my tire kit and emergency cover we’re just tossed in the trunk not placed back in its proper place. Also the truck divider is broken. I will try to fix it, if I can’t I’ll have to bring it back. It seems that your service desk is understaffed. You may need an additional person or two. Maybe someone that can be the concierge to make sure people are getting back-and-forth and getting their cars when they are complete. Thank you More
