I had a truck totaled by a hail storm. Principle Volvo had a newer, lower mileage truck for nearly the same price as the insurance company had given me. My sales person, Angela was wond Principle Volvo had a newer, lower mileage truck for nearly the same price as the insurance company had given me. My sales person, Angela was wonderful. She made sure that the purchase went as smoothly as could be. She even gave me some guidance about how to best go about getting the money for the purchase quickly, as the insurance company hadn't sent a check yet. Directly after the purchase, I noticed something about the truck that would have been a deal-breaker if I'd noticed it on the test drive. I eventually worked through that issue myself and realized I was just being stupid about a "nothing" condition. Throughout all this "buyer ignorance" Andrea maintained her calm and helpful attitude and when I resolved my issue she was just as understanding as a person could hope for. The truck turned out to be a wonderful buy. More
