From the time you come in (even without an appointment if you are experiencing an issue and drop in), you are taken care of from a preliminary discussion on the scope and possible time, then taking care that you either have a ride home, arrange for a shuttle, or if available provide you a loaner. They make the experience as convenient as possible. More
