Beginning from when you walk in, the layout is confusing and speaks to how fragmented the service feels there. I had a routine oil change and took a shuttle (the shuttle driver was the highlight of the visit as he was kind and professional) to work. Several hours later I hadn't heard of it was complete. I got a ride back and when I arrived they couldn't find my paperwork. Then when the found it, they said it had been complete for awhile, but nobody had notified me or my wife by cell. The bill didn't add up. I called the service center so I could better understand what seemed to be missing from the bill, but had to leave voicemail. I never received a call back. I have vehicles from other dealers and I probably won't buy another car from Volvo because I do not want to deal with the service center. More
