Dealt with Jimmy, a so called customer service adviser. He should be working in the garage and not the front dealing with customers. He has no personality and couldn’t care less that I had to wait 2 hours He should be working in the garage and not the front dealing with customers. I approached him 3 times to give me an update or could he please give me an estimated time of completion as I had another important appointment. I never heard from him once and he couldn’t have cared less and never apologized for my wait when finished. Won’t do business their when my lease is up. More

While driving down to Florida from CT my air conditioner was not working. I called Volvo of Sarasota and talked to Allen who manages the service , told him of my dilemma, he told me to bring the car in the was not working.
