Tipically, as a women, you can feel mislead. That was not the case. Fast forward to current time and the need for something new and a few more needs arose. Based on my experience I went back to Tom. He was able to check off my needs with a brand new S60, packaged just the way I wanted. I was in and out in with no hassles. I am not for sure, but I just may be Volvo4Life. More

Totally frustrated. Had to take car to another Volvo Dealer This review concerns the Service Department, not the Sales Department. WCV had issues diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. There was a total lack of follow up by Service Manager. He promised to get my car in as soon as possible. It's be two weeks, and he still has not called. I ended up taking my car to another Volvo dealership who diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. They kept me informed by sending periodic updates by text (Great Idea). They really seemed happy I had brought them my car for service. As for the Service Center rating below, I would rate this past event as poor. Overall (3 year period) I would rate WCV as Fair. More

Great Experience I originally came to the dealership to see a used vehicle from another automaker and was introduced to Tim Edwards. I have never owned a Volvo or given them much consideration in the past, but when I showed an interest Tim took the time to show me what I had overlooked. The S60 I was interested in is a great car. Tim was genuine and personable and clearly enthusiastic about Volvo. Ultimately, the S60 was not the right fit, but Tim was just as enthusiastic about the original car that brought me in. That enthusiasm may come easily on a used car lot that looks curated to only include vehicles in great condition. Even though the car was already listed at a great price, Tim went to bat to get the deal I asked for. The same cannot be said for other salesmen/dealerships I worked with during this search. I would recommend Tim and West County Volvo highly and may have to return one day to buy a Volvo! More

After leaving WCV, to visit other dealerships and look around, it was a no brainer that we wanted to purchase from WCV and Tim. We met too many salespeople who just wanted a deal...... Tim (and Matt) were both professional, nice and we never felt like they were trying to "sell" us. TIm wanted to help us find what we needed. No gimmicks. Every conversation with Tim was honest and straightforward. I will recommend Tim and WCV whenever I can. More

(For comparison purposes, we had checked in three other states, and four other dealerships.) He consistently goes way out of his way to ensure that everything we want on the vehicle is there, and what we do not want, is not. Every time I turn on my headlights, I think of Tom. (Such conviction with that package!...) He is the best - without question. It is simply a waste of time to look elsewhere. More
