Tom was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions in a manner that I could understand. I originally came in to look at an XC90, but after he inspected that particular used car, he showed me another X in a manner that I could understand. It was in the price range, but was in much better condition than the one that I had found via internet search. After a test drive, I found another car that I was interested in on the lot, drove it and really liked it. However, I was hesitant to make an offer that evening.
