21/2 hours for 20K maintenance. Was told I had a brake hose rubbing the tire (my Volvo is a 2022 with 17K miles. Half hour late was informed they. had the wrong car. WOW!! Service was fast and easy, however we went in for an oil change and we decided to pay for the polestar engineered optimization ($1500). Got the call that the car was ready and my wife picked it up. We thought that buying a luxury car like this would include a car wash with an oil change. Even my 2015 VW Jetta gets a free car wash at the dealership when we take it in for oil changes. Another thing was, my wife was inspecting the polestar badge on the rear of the vehicle and it looks like tar or glue is all over the front of it which I'll need to clean up myself. Not sure who serviced the car themselves but the salesmen there are always nice. Maybe they were just short staffed but that's why I'm only leaving four stars. More
