There was an issue with the touch up color the dealership ordered me not matching my 2 year old Audi Q5. The next day I brought the car back to the dealership to show what had happen. Susan took pictures and assured me she would make it right. She scheduled me to come back at my convience to see what the shop could do she even offered me a loaner car. When I brought the car in within an hour they buffed out the touch up spot making it an exact color match at no cost to me. I was thrilled at how it looked.
