Two weeks ago I was involved in an accident that totaled my new Volvo S60 ( it was only 6 months old!). An oncoming mini-van lost control and crossed into my lane. Unable to avoid the mini-van I crashed i my new Volvo S60 ( it was only 6 months old!). An oncoming mini-van lost control and crossed into my lane. Unable to avoid the mini-van I crashed into the passenger side. Except for bruising from the seatbelt strap, I had no injuries. The emergency responders agreed with me.....it is the safest car on the road! I had purchased the car from Father's & Son back in August. The salesman I had originally worked with was no longer at the dealership. That's when I met Gilbert and Steve. They had the exact same car in stock and agreed to hold it aside for me while all the insurance details were worked out. It took almost 2 weeks to get the check from the insurance company. All three gentleman work to make sure they got me into the car based on my availability. Letting me fill out paperwork late one evening and picking up the car the following day once the bank had released the hold on the check. They setup my phone & sirius satellite radio, plus made sure that during our wait at the dealership we more than comfortable. Purchasing a new car can be a stressful experience. My husband and I spent several days visiting various car dealerships to find the right car for us. We visited Fathers and Sons on a Sunday. We arrived early and had the opportunity to peruse the lot which had a large inventory of vehicles which interested us. As we waited for the dealership to open we began to doubt if the dealership was actually open that day. At 11:50 a car pulled into the lot and we drove over to enquire. Jonathan Schultz was the gentleman who greeting us after exiting his car. It was with Jonathan that our first impression of Fathers and Sons began. Jonathan greeted us with a smile and a handshake, he stated his name and asked of ours. He was professionally dressed and very welcoming. Once we entered the dealership we already had a particular vehicle in mind after having the chance to wander the lot. We quickly went on a test drive of the Audi Q5. The drive was exciting. The vehicle operated smoothly, it was beautiful. What was most helpful was Jonathans knowledge of the vehicle. We were impressed (as this was not the experience we encountered with other dealerships, which frustrated us). Following the test drive we sat in a car on the show room floor where Jonathan explained in detail the many wonderful features of the Q5. It was this vehicle on the show room floor which we purchased. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was flawless. Marissa did the entire process for us which alleviated a lot of potential anxiety associated with the car buying process She was professional and very friendly. The wonderful staff even had the vehicle inspected, now THAT is service! Finally on the day of pick up Jonathan went through the entire vehicle with us. He introduced me to the Service dept and assisted me with scheduling my first follow-up service. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Fathers and Sons. It was because of the staff that we chose to purchase our first Audi there. Excellent customer service means a lot! More

we were searching for a well priced mini van with a warrantee and found what we needed at Father's and Sons Kia. the prices are truly non negotiable but they were willing to make any repairs prior to warrantee and found what we needed at Father's and Sons Kia. the prices are truly non negotiable but they were willing to make any repairs prior to vehicle delivery. The slogan "Volvo for Life" could have been written by me. I have loved my previous Volvo station wagons and as I read reviews of the new XC60 I became very interested. Vin told me he had one o written by me. I have loved my previous Volvo station wagons and as I read reviews of the new XC60 I became very interested. Vin told me he had one on the showroom floor that I could test and luckily it was my preferred color. He thoroughly explained all the new technology features and advances over my 2007 wagon. The test drive sold me and within a short time we finalized the sale with Vin. He was helpful with all the details as were Chuck and Marisa. Everything about the Fathers and Sons dealership makes purchasing a new vehicle a pleasant experience. More
