great service I want to start off by saying I did not buy my car from this dealership. But the next Volvo my family purchases will be from Volvo of Westport. The service department went to bat for me when my car was out of warranty. With the help of Erric and the service manager they were able to get my all wheel drive part covered for me. Glad I purchased a Volvo Having just recently purchased a used Volvo s60 for my daughter to use in college, I called service to ask about checking the car out, I was told by E Having just recently purchased a used Volvo s60 for my daughter to use in college, I called service to ask about checking the car out, I was told by Erric in service that there was a special on a timing belt service if it was needed, (and it was) and that I would not have to pay for the check out if i did any of the recommendations they found, and I could have a loaner to use while the work was done! Luckily the car was safe, well taken care of and didn't need much except the timing belt and a few bulbs. I will not hesitate to call Volvo Westport if there is anything else my daughter needs fixed on her car. More

Above and Beyond Service I am not one to usually write reviews, either good or bad but I am so appreciative as to how Erric handled my situation that I wanted to make sure it I am not one to usually write reviews, either good or bad but I am so appreciative as to how Erric handled my situation that I wanted to make sure it was known. I was out of the area, traveling 8 months pregnant with my two toddlers and I got a flat tire. He orchestrated the entire repair process with the closest dealership, and made sure that the service that I received at the other dealership was covered just as it would have been in Westport despite the fact that the other dealership initially wouldn't cooperate. He made a tough situation more manageable and then was quick to get me in for the additional work upon my return that wasn't able to be completed at the other dealership. He is great to work with and I would recommend him highly. Thank you Erric! More
