We repeatedly receive fantastic service from this dealership. When we pick up our car we know the service to our vehicle is of great quality, any problems have been detected and corrected. All of this is provided at a decent cost. The service representatives are very personable. Kyle is very knowledgeable and provides us with great service. We know when we have left our car in his hands, he follows up on it and makes sure we are provided the best of service. This is why I travel an additional 20 miles and deal with traffic that a one way trip takes an average of 35 minutes. More

While doing the oil change, he noticed that the tires would benefit from a standard, oil change. In addition, the service person(s) were proactive. All was done -- oil change plus tire rotation within the expected while-u-wait timeframe plus there was no incremental charge for the tire rotation. More important to me, the tire rotation wasn't on my radar and winter weather is coming to CT. I truly appreciated the very professional approach to all of it. Very pleasant experience too. I will have future service done at this dealership. More
