Apart from the fact that I got an EXCEPTIONAL deal, The car is still in excellent condition. I thank the dealer for any inspections/maintenance provided to the car prior to my ownership. I have waited a while to write a review, which I regret, as I am not sure it will reach the employees who made the purchase such a pleasant experience. Mark Klevence was the helpful, humorous, friendly, respectful, and attentive salesperson who assisted me in the consideration of and decision to to buy my car, which I'm now convinced is the absolute perfect car for me. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions along with presenting me with valuable information I did not think to ask. His effort in being professional and courteous made me feel welcomed and comfortable at the dealer. It was a portion of the afternoon well spent! He called to follow up and we had another nice conversation. I really appreciated this excellent customer service. Amar Patel helped with the finances. He was so patient, amiable, considerate, and respectful of my time. He walked me through everything with no stress and congratulated me on my purchase. Service Above and Beyond I recently received a 2016 Volvo XC60 as commercial fleet vehicle through my company for work. This Volvo was order and delivered to me from a Volvo dealer in Illinois. When the car was delivered to me, I was literally handed the keys and the delivery person left, without telling me anything about this car. With all the new features of this car, I was overwhelmed, so I went to the nearest Volvo dealership (Volvo of Ft. Washington) explained my situation and asked if someone could teach me how to operate this car. I was greeted by several gentlemen and was assisted by Mike Marziani. Mike was very patience with me, as I was very clueless about the car. He went over all of the features of the car, paired both of my cellphones, finished removing the plastic from the outside, set up the manual and inserted the floor maps. Mike really went above and beyond and treated me as if I was his own customer. I would highly recommend by Mike and Volvo of Ft. Washington to anyone. When ever possible, I will bring my vehicle to this location for service. More

I ordered my XC90 back in June and my salesman Tony kept in touch with me at all stages -- his communication was excellent. When the car finally arrived, it had some software issues which delayed the transaction but Tony was kind enough to arrange for a loaner car to use while the issues were being resolved. That was truly a big help. Negotiations on the trade-in were fair and Tony even came in on his day off to transact on the car and go over all the technology. I love my new XC90 and will be back for another one in the future! More

When the time came to seal the deal, Tony was able to get me all the paperwork via email ahead of time so that all I had to do was walk in the door, sign the paperqwork, review the different features of the car, and walk out - it took one hour, and that in and of itself was the true "value add" for me. I woudl definitely return to Volvo FW in the future for any new vehicles I am considering, and I recommend them highly. More

Immediately when you walk in the door the staff make you feel welcomed. My first impression was this would be a great dealership to work with, so I decided to buy a car here. My other reason to buy a car here was I enjoyed working with salesmen, Mark Klevence. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and that he treated me with respect. There was No hassle to buy any one car. He went the extra mile to make sure that I would be totally satisfied with my purchase. Throughout the entire process of ordering a specific model car for me he constantly emailed me with updates and followed up with me in a timely fashion. When my car arrived he made himself available at the dealership for me to pick up the car at my convenience. The time he spent with me then was very informational. He even went as far as to give me a walk thru / orientation on my car. It was unexpected but great! I really like this dealership. My buying experience was great. I know that I made the right decision to purchase my car with Volvo Of Fort Washington and look forward to having a good customer relationship with them. I would highly recommend them.
