Great Team-All aroundI I had been considering purchasing a car for 18-24 months and looked at Volvo (Bonita Springs location) December,2016. I just couldn't make the decis I had been considering purchasing a car for 18-24 months and looked at Volvo (Bonita Springs location) December,2016. I just couldn't make the decision as I wasn't truly in love with the interior style of the XC60. I was advised that the XC60 would be making a style change soon. I put car buying on the back burner; but, did consider a Range Rover and Audi in the recent 6 months. There was always something that pulled me back to the Volvo. (We have a 2001 C70 with the large motor purchased in Ft. Myers/Naples area in 2000 that I absolutely have loved (the engine especially). The day of my purchase and dealings, I was far from thinking I would be buying a car. I actually was headed to spend a day checking out "thrift" and "consignment" shops--just for something to do. Alex was wonderful! A true gentleman! That makes a HUGE difference when negotiating. There was never an "air of I know more than you" or "you are being unreasonable". Unlike a previous experience at Land Rover, the sales team there, obviously, thought I was not a potential buyer and ignored my presence. Everyone--from reception area, to final signing of the paperwork, and instructions for usage of the "display" were very friendly and comfortable to work with. Although it was a long drive to get the My wife and I purchased a preowned Cadillac SRX from Volvo Cars of Naples. We live in Sun City Center Florida. Although it was a long drive to get there (2 hrs) we couldn’t be more happier with our experience from our initial contact with Sales Consultant Tyler Biffer to when we walked in the door and met the pleasant girl behind the main entrance desk. Also dealing with the Sales Manager Joe Pitingolo and Ron Belson their Business Manager, all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Their customer service didn’t end with just the sale. It continued going forward with Mr. Brandon Brown, their Fixed Operations Manager. With the help of all these exceptional employees we were confident in our purchase and will be passing on our positive experience to family and friends and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Great service, shop at this dealership first. We bought a used Volvo, but there was a problem. The salesman (Kyle Benz) and the management (Joe Pitingolo) dealt with this problem straightforward, We bought a used Volvo, but there was a problem.
