Excellent Customer Service I have been in SW FL for 26 years. Owned BMW, MB, Lexus and Rovers but none of these dealerships came even close to the level of customer service Chri I have been in SW FL for 26 years. I have enjoyed my first Volvo ownership and most certainly would consider more Volvos from Naples Volvo in the future and only because of the great service Chris provides. He knows his product, he is professional, proficient and personable. I would also like to give kudos to DJ as well. Ash More

Poor Service I had a key stolen and needed it rekeyed. I called in advance and they told me just to come in before 2:00 and quoted me $298 for the new key. I drov I had a key stolen and needed it rekeyed. I called in advance and they told me just to come in before 2:00 and quoted me $298 for the new key. I drove down with 3 children under 5. I get here and they don’t have the key AND they will charge me $89 to rekey it today and an additional $89 when the new key comes in to redo that today and they can’t get to it for an hour. When I explained that’s not what information was shared with me he said well that’s going to be what it costs. Shady business! More
