Terrible customer service I purchased a Volvo from this dealership 21 days ago and still do not have my registration. At time of purchase I was told a few days. I have called s I purchased a Volvo from this dealership 21 days ago and still do not have my registration. At time of purchase I was told a few days. I have called several times and asked for my salesperson, finance manager, sales manager and general manager. To date not one of them has returned my call. They were paid the sales tax,title fee and registration fee and have yet to provide proof of registration. . They say they pride themself on customer service, I think they have to learn what customer service is before they publish such comments. When the salesperson handed over all my paper work one handout stating that I would receive 6 months of free satellite radio. When I called to activate the service I was told I only receive 3 months, another call to the dealership. Again no return phone call. Based on the way this dealership treats it's customers I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I don't know if I'll ever get my registration or that return phone call maybe my attorney can. More

One thing the technician could have done was to reset the time on the clock after the battery was replaced. Jacquie did an outstanding jog of explaining the service performed, charges for that service and th time on the clock after the battery was replaced.
