Great customer service until I sent them the check for the vehicle. I purchased a truck from SC and handled everything virtually. Once they had payment, it was all down hill from there. The paperwork they sent me was thousands of dollars more than the agreed upon price. Once that was fixed only then was I told that they would not be able to handle the tax/tag/title work so I had to ask them to refund that portion of the costs that I had already sent them. The salesman had completely ghosted me and was not returning any texts or calls even though I had never raised my voice to show my displeasure in the service. Days later I finally reached the manager and Chuck stated he would take care of everything. I received the vehicle and it was in great shape but the paperwork and refund checks took another week to get to my house regardless that I was promised to have the paperwork "overnighted". The truck was in great shape, the customer service and promises......not so much. More
