The dealership is very manipulative and deceptive in their dealings. I have been waiting over 2 1/2 weeks to get a check for my vehicle they bought from me. This was our first experience purchasing a Volvo. The dealership had the XC40 T5 R on the floor that we wanted to see plus another to test drive. I knew this prior to our visit since I used their website to view their current inventory so I knew the car (model, color & features) that I wanted would be there. No wasted trip. David Martinez, our sales consultant, knew the features of the car inside and out. There was no pressure when we left and told him that we needed to think about it. We went back for a second look and the purchase process couldn't have been more pleasant. Besides having purchased a great car, I'm thrilled this dealership offers a free car wash any time you're in their neighborhood. They're going to get tired of seeing us since we have to pass their dealership on our weekly trip to Costco. More
