I will not go into all the details but long story short. They broke apart on my perfectly running Volvo. My regular mechanic had to fix it at the cost of over $800. I looked at several other brands that were comparable. I found James to be the most knowledgeable about the Volvo's I was interested in. He was able to answer all my questions and knew how to operate all the technology on the Volvo's I was interested in; whereas, not all of the other sales people at other dealerships could. When we decided to choose the Volvo xc60 the negotiating was fair, quick and without any pressure. I would also like to mention Shaun. He went over the financing information. He was very helpful in explaining all the financing terms and for the benefits on the additional service and maintenance products for the Volvo. He did not pressure us about any of the packages and explained the benefits in a manner that I felt best explained the advantages of the products. In the past, I have said NO to all such packages but did choose a few based on Shaun's explanations. Wynne Volvo Virginia Beach has a great staff and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends. More
