I have had my vehicles serviced there for the past seven years, they are very courteous and professional, and my vehicle is always serviced within the estimated timeframe. New location. CP technician was awesome. He kept me informed from the time I dropped my vehicle off to when I picked it up & everything that was going on in-betwee CP technician was awesome. CP explained a particular repair, not the reason for service, in a way that I understood. Because of how he explained it and that he did not push the repair on me, I chose to have the repair & it wasn't cheap. Thanks CP. I prefer the old location further south on 301, always fantastic customer service at the old location.The new location is crowded with dealership vehicles, but still great service & I would return to this location. More
So, I took my grand Jeep Cherokee L 21 to get my 2 recalls serviced on Tuesday Sept 30, @ 0730 am I did not have an appointment but, I was informed previously that I did not need one. CP was able to f recalls serviced on Tuesday Sept 30, @ 0730 am I did not have an appointment but, I was informed previously that I did not need one. CP was able to fit me in even though they were booked and 2 weeks out. Thank you for helping get my recalls serviced and having patients with my vehicle. More

Instead of being a good human with good customer services skills qualities and upholding the mission of Waldorf Ram, CP tells me that’s not in my job description! He transferred me to Rubben who’s the manager on staff which basically agrees with CP. I have never seen anything like this.. I will gladly take my 10,000(grant money) check for repairs to a different company ! You guys lack compassion and integrity! It’s nothing wrong with being nice to people especially if they are nice to you! More
Had to take the Gladiator in and never had to deal with the service department before. I was pleasantly surprised how everything was handled. No drama and covered under warranty.
