We purchased a car at Waldorf Honda last year in August, and we decided to include the 3 year warranty that we were offered (mostly to cover any issues that might come up with the electronics, slider door e and we decided to include the 3 year warranty that we were offered (mostly to cover any issues that might come up with the electronics, slider door etc.). Last month (August) I took the car to Honda Annapolis to have work done under the warranty (lift gate, one of the slider doors, etc.). I called Waldorf Honda to get more info on the warranty when Annapolis Honda wasn't able to pull it up, only to be informed that our warranty "couldn't be registered within x amount of weeks" after the purchase and so it was canceled. They said that they mailed us a notice and a check that previous fall. I never received a notice or a check, nor did they reissue a check or reach out after it remained uncashed for over 6 months. I don't know if someone forgot to file the paperwork or what but, it's extremely frustrating to go a year thinking you have warranty coverage, only to suddenly find out you need to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Not to mention, if I had never tried to use the warranty, I probably never would've gotten back the money that we paid for it. The entire thing screams shady, irresponsible, and bad business. More

If I could give a zero on ratings! ’nn As of 7/6/26 I took my Honda Odyssey in for a recall after receiving a call for picking it up. They close at 7 pm. I had arrived at 6:15 only to see a sign on door closed due to power outage. So o go inside they said I’ll have to come back tomorrow they locked up everything and they have no access It was unexceptionable not to call customers and inform them I came 40 minutes away not a call just excuses Honda of Waldorf MD not ever getting my business again and i will tell anyone who will listen not to do business here!!!! I bought a vehicle in the past but never ever again More
