I walked in fresh out of bankruptcy explaining my situation. Horrible I’m very disappointed with my experience so far. Within the first week of purchasing my vehicle, I noticed loud squeaking coming from the brakes. I contacted the dealership and was told the brakes h Within the first week of purchasing my vehicle, I noticed loud squeaking coming from the brakes. I contacted the dealership and was told the brakes had just been changed, yet a month later the same issue continues. In addition, I reported multiple small dents and paint issues on the vehicle the same day I received it, and weeks later along with a non-working USB port in the center console. Despite reaching out several times and leaving messages for management, I have not received any follow-up or resolution. I expected better communication and accountability after purchasing a vehicle. These issues were brought to their attention early on, and it’s disappointing that they remain unaddressed. I hope this dealership takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward More

The staff actually listened and addressed my concerns to the best of their ability. I have been driving Honda since 2011. This makes my 3rd brand new Honda vehicle. Had an extremely bad experiences with my previous Honda dealership, so I was planning to give the car in for whatever and move on to a different brand. But the staff at Waldorf Honda, especially Demean, made such a difference, I decided to give Honda another try. Hoping this stays the same throughout my lease. More
