Great Service I've been taking both my Hondas to this location for years. Normally i deal with the same Svc Mgr each time who gives great CS all the time. Poor customer service I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The total experience was lacking customer service. My vehicle immediately had repair issues and although I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The total experience was lacking customer service. My vehicle immediately had repair issues and although they fixed some of the issues, they did not believe me at first and still do not believe me when I say there are more issues. When the vehicle was in the repair shop no one would call with updates and when I would call, messages were not returned. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from this dealership. It is not the same place under the new management. My advise: buy the extended warranty and take it to the main dealership (Chevy, Ford, ect...) for repairs. More
