Treated like royalty I haven't had a new vehicle for 12 years. For maintenance of my vehicle I have used neighborhood mechanics since hourly rates had increased so very mu I haven't had a new vehicle for 12 years. For maintenance of my vehicle I have used neighborhood mechanics since hourly rates had increased so very much. But I have discovered that the newer vehicles are no longer simple to work on. My first visit to Walker was a very satisfying one. I found everyone there very friendly. Since my car was under warranty my expense was affordable and I was happy for that but I also feel they are able to keep my vehicle running and safe for my family. More

Terrible service. They tried to sell me $600 of items I didn't need. When I questioned the service manager David Beasley he told me "if you don't trust us, you should go someplace else as we have plenty of didn't need. This dealership sold me a lemon, knowing I had cancer and was taking chemo. Then they could not fix the thing, and stuck me with it. I lost over $10,000 on that deal, because I was not strong enough to fig was taking chemo. Then they could not fix the thing, and stuck me with it. I lost over $10,000 on that deal, because I was not strong enough to fight with them. They were AWFUL TO ME! and they did not care that while I was taking chemo, I had to have 26 repairs within 22,000 miles. They did not even TRY to help me. I ended up in the hospital after a visit there, about my "Lemon" they had me so upset.I'll NEVER buy another GM, and for SURE WILL NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM WALKER CHEVROLET!!!!!!! This was the worst experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle.<br>BEWARE! DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
