It was a good experience. Roland was very helpful but the only thing that I didn't like is nobody told us that the car that we are buying does not come with Air Conditioning. It would have been nice to know only thing that I didn't like is nobody told us that the car that we are buying does not come with Air Conditioning. It would have been nice to know that during the transaction rather than searching it on the internet that the base model of my car does not come with A/C. More

My wife and I used to have a Subaru Legacy Sedan and we loved it. However, we were looking to trade it in for an Outback. I contacted dealers in different states, over the phone and via e-mail. This is how I got in contact with Renton Subaru and with salesman Roman Shumskly. I enjoyed very much buying a car from Roman. Since I live in Oregon, my interaction with him was mainly over the phone. I had several (good) offers from other dealers, but what convinced me to do business with Roman, was his commitment and seriousness in the case, this made me feel more comfortable and led me to seal the deal with him. I very much liked how efficient the paper work was handled and the willingness to get into an agreement before I arrived there. I enjoyed knowing that Roman was flexible on the price and that he wanted to work with me. I feel it was a win-win for both of us as I felt happy with the agreed price. Overall I had an excellent experience, I would definitely call back and buy my next car from him and Renton Subaru. My only tiny complain is that the car was a little dusty when I picked it up, and I would have enjoyed driving the car out of the lot, shiny! (washed the same day). Bought an excellent low mileage Outback 4 years ago. Loved the car. Unfortunately, it was totalled recently. Had a great experience then so figured to give them another try. I now have ANOTHER excellent low milage Outback that I am quite happy with. Much thanks to Alden for taking care of the financials. Had a great experience overall. STI is a dream to drive and I am already fixing it up more with an upgraded stereo and tinted windows. We were initially shopping for a used Outback for my granddaughter based on the budget she had been given. The dealer was great and allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. We later learned that the person paying for the car would not pay for a used one but instead upped the budget. The dealer voided the original contract, worked with us to get the car she wanted and she is now happily driving her 2013 Outback. More

Both sales people were very friendly, and we feel we were treated quite well. The only thing that could have been improved was the detailing of the car we bought.
