I purchased a Subaru Outback from Walker Renton through the Costco Auto purchase program. After evaluating several different brands and models, I decided on the Subaru Outback. Andrew was knowledgable on the car, very pleasant to work with, and walked us through the process of test drive and then the purchase process. I would highly recommend Andrew. Andrew advised on several options, such as the protective rock chip treatment. Andrew also assisted us when meeting with the finance person. I have 2 comments for improvement. 1. The long length of time of the purchase process. I paid cash for the car and it took approx. 2.5 to 3 hours to purchase and leave with the car. 2. I purchased a couple of options, including a tow package. When I brought the car to service and had left it, they had the incorrect package and it took an extra day to get it installed. Fortunately, I had a service loaner car and was not inconvenieced by this. There appeared to be a break down in communication. Everyone we interacted with at Walker, from sales, reception to service was friendly and helpful. I have 3,000 miles on the Outback and am very pleased with the car. I will be returning to Walker for the servicing of this car. I would recommend Walker Renton Subaru. More

Bought a 2001 Honda Odyssey and met with Roman who was more than eager to assist us. Took the car out for a spin and showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Looked and worked great. Only gripe my wife more than eager to assist us. Took the car out for a spin and showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Looked and worked great. Only gripe my wife had was that it did not include headrest for the rear seats that we could have used for safety since we utilize the vehicle to transport people. We requested to lower the price of the vehicle but Roman's supervisor would not lower. Overall great experience in and out the door in a couple hours and Roman was a great salesman! More

I've been a customer of Walker's Subaru service for a long time and I believe for good reason. I have been well cared for there and their technicians were able to catch some serious issues with my 2002 long time and I believe for good reason. I have been well cared for there and their technicians were able to catch some serious issues with my 2002 Forester that would have been a disaster for me if not handled quickly, which they did. I recently had to replace the front axles due to torn boots and worn CV joints, which was done with remanufactured axles. Unfortunately, the remanufactured axles had a vibration and had to be replaced twice, the last time was with factory new axles and it solved the vibration issue. The service group was absolutly great through all of this and really worked to find the issue. My service advisor, Paul Monday, was very kind and understanding when I had to return the car for them to find the trouble and kept me advised and updated on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend Paul and the crew at the service desk, they've all been wonderful to work with and very helpful. Thanks to everyone for great customer service! More

Was looking to trade my 2010 Chev Equinox for a compact economy car. Found a car on auto trader and called dealer. Initial phone call was positive and friendly. Dealer checked out trade in and was a little low on trade in value compared to blue book value I expected. The dealer was willing to work trade in value and car sale price to come to a comprimise. I did end up spending more for the car than what I wanted to spend but experience dealing with sales rep was positive. And I got a very good car for my money. The processing of the sale was painless and professional. I would not hesitate to re-visit this dealer if they had a car I wanted at the right price. More

My family was looking for a used vehicle for my son and daughter. We set our budget and researched for 3-weeks for the type of vehicle we wanted. Then our search began, checking out different vehicles privately listed and at other dealerships that were advertised on craigslist. We narrowed our search and saw the exact vehicle we wanted advertised at Walker's Renton Subaru. We called and spoke with Roman, he was polite and invited us to look at the vehicle at our convenience. Shortly thereafter we arrived at the dealership, met with Roman who showed us the vehicle we were interested. He explained that the used vehicles are throughly inspected at their Service Center (that is very important to us for we wanted a vehilce that is safe and will not break down after leaving the lot). We were able to stay within our budget, trade in our "older vehicle", and drive away with our "nw used" vehicle in short order. While on the way home the engine light came on. I telephoned Roman, he said bring the vehicle in and the Service Center would check it out. I took the vehicle in, the manager sent our vehicle to the Service Center and gave me a Demo Vehicle while the mechanics checked out the problem. Approximately 3-hours later, Roman called me and said my vehicle was ready. They fixed the issue which turned out to be minor, some moisture, from the cleaning process, entered the ignition system. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walker's Renton Subaru stands behind great pricing and customer service. We've already shared our wonderful experience with some friends, now they can be at ease with an honest car buying experience. Thank you Roman. More

When we stopped at Renton Subaru, we didn't have any intentions on walking away with an Outback. We had a Subaru that could have been driven a few more years and we were visiting to see if the Outback w intentions on walking away with an Outback. We had a Subaru that could have been driven a few more years and we were visiting to see if the Outback was something that would be more practical for our purposes... for a purchase down the road. We also had specific features that we wanted if we were to purchase a new car. Noel was able to find the exact color, the exact features with a manual transmission. In fact, it was one of two left in the state. If that wasn't enticing enough, they were able to offer us a fair trade-in price on our old Subaru as well as a great sale price. He made us a deal that we could't pass up. Our car was delivered in just a few hours and we are now proud owners of a Subaru Outback. Our experience was how it should be when making a substantial purchase like this. There was no pressure, no debates and Noel and Andrew were very knowledgable and had great attitudes. I will be recommending Walker Renton Subaru to anyone interested in a Subaru. More
