I have been going to Walker for service on my Subaru for years and have always had a positive experience. Paul Monday is very helpful in explaining the problem and helping me prioritize the repairs. But this last visit he really went above and beyond for me, which is the reason for this post. My Forester XT, started experiencing turbo failure, after just three years since it's first replacement. Paul helped me track down all my oil change receipts, and advocated on my behalf with Subaru of America. He must have been pretty convincing, because SoA agreed to pay for all the repairs (minus $250) even though the part was only warrantied for a year. This would never had happened without Paul! That he cared about me as a customer to go to such lengths was really touching. When it turned out that the catalytic converter was the cause of the turbo failure, they replaced that too at no additional charge. AMAZING! Even though I ended up trading my Forester for a smaller car with better mpg, I will be taking my new non-Subaru here for all maintenance. I have never worked with a more honest and empathetic service adviser. More

I am a complete pragmatist when it comes to cars and only buy a car when I must take my old car out and put it out of its misery. I usually abhor the entire process of buying a car. I have completely changed since my most recent experience at Renton Walker Subaru. I bought a 2012 Forrester that is not only a pleasure to drive, but also a very nice looking car. We used the Costco buyer's plan and saved a bundle and made the process painless. Worked with Luke Gunter - a very nice guy who was most accommodating and well informed. He stepped me completely through all the features - I usually buy a very basic car, but this one is loaded and I am finally in the 21st century - and that was much appreciated. I understood him perfectly but he talks really fast which could make a buyer feel anxious. I think this is just the way he talks all the time so I just wanted to suggest it to him :) We got a GREAT deal at this location and my husband and I are very happy with our purchase. Brad Hallock is THE man! I trust his guidance. He is fair, friendly & easy to work with/communicate with. I started coming to Walker's over ten years ago. As a single woman (at the time), I feared mecha fair, friendly & easy to work with/communicate with. I started coming to Walker's over ten years ago. In a word WOW; I just purchased a used Subaru last night. Roman was awesome, he really worked with my husband and I throughout the process and was extremely patient and helpful. Roman not only really cared, listened, and worked with my husband and I through the process, he stayed well beyond normal hours. We finished last night at 10:30 and he stayed with us throughout and until we drove off. He ensured we understood what was occurring, by whom, and when the next step would begin. He showed such great service, and he has a great sense of humor. He is a great and caring salesperson, and provides awesome customer service. Additionally, I would like to call out what a wonderful Sales Manager you have in Travis. Travis is great to work with, and is considerate of the customers' needs. He is a great communicator.
