The service at Walker's Renton Subaru is fantastic. The problem surrounding my 2008 WRX was very complex and my Service Advisor, Paul Monday, was helpful, courteous, and most of all patient. Paul took the time to listen to the background of the damage to my vehicle and made sure all of the damage was thoroughly documented as I had requested. Paul kept me informed as to the status of the repair through e-mail and phone. When I spoke to the technician who repaired my vehicle he explained how severe the damage was and what likely caused it. Even the Service Manager, Dan Feighner, took time out of his busy schedule to listen to the complex nature of my situation and helped to advocate on my behalf with various insurance inspectors who visited to examine the damaged parts. Although he didn't have to, Paul provided a loner car to me while the work was performed and, most importantly, the good people at Walker's completed a significant mechanical repair to my car flawlessly, restoring it to like-new condition. I am very particular about my WRX and I am happy to say it is now in perfect operating condition and I received the car back spotless - inside and out. Thank you Walker's team! More

When the diagnosis was complete, her honest assessment of the car's problem and then taking the time to explain everything in detail was extremely helpful. I was given time to make a decision and to check in with a trusted advisor before accepting Walker's offer to fix the car. Kim added some good news that was completely unexpected for me; that I would not be without transportation during the couple days the car would be serviced and was treated to a loaner that was a dream to drive.
