My experience with Ron and Walkers Subaru in Renton has been exceptional! I bought my car from a Subaru dealership in Carson City, NV and had many problems and I was always treated poorly and when I called been exceptional! Sadly the clutch on my car went out and this was not an expense I was prepared for and being that I just moved to this state 2 months ago, I really didnt have auto repair place that I trusted. Ron and his manager worked with me on the pricing and amde every attempt to get my car repaired under any type of warranty. Ron assisted me every step of the way with upmost professionalism and kindness. The best part is he spoke lamen's term and answered all my questions and was extremly patient and understanding with my situation. Outstanding service. When I took my car for emissions testing, it didn't pass - it showed as "not ready." At first, no one could figure out what was wrong. I found the car on cars.com. Roman was the sales man I dealt with and he was quite the character and easy to deal with. Everything went as he said it would.
