My husband knew how much I wanted a WRX (going on 10 years now!) So he contacted Ali at Walker's to set up a time to come and look at their new Satin Pearl White 2012 WRX. One thing I noticed was how accessible Ali was, texting my husband back (he had a lot of questions and taking his calls on her cell. When we came in, Ali greeted us right away and made us feel right at home. Her cheerful and relaxed disposition made me forget we were in a dealership, which normally make me feel stressed. She showed us the car which demonstrated her vast knowledge of it and also we could tell she truly loved the car. While my husband was talking to the finance manager, Ali took the time explaining all the features of the car, even setting up my bluetooth. We felt like we got a great deal, Ali never told us 'no' and was personable and accommodating. We came to pick up the plates a few weeks later and since she knew we were going to dinner, she washed our car herself! You can tell she loves her job and we love her for it. Thanks Ali!!
