We bought a 2000 Mazda B3000 truck. I answered 3 to the price, as I believe for what we got we should have been able to negotiate a bit lower price. I didn't like having to drive over to Renton two different days to do the sale, so my overall experience rated a 4. We did have mechanical problems with the truck days after the purchase, and I do believe they would or will help remedy the problem if need be. I believe the truck had (has) several mechanical issues prior to our purchase. More

We arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before they were to close just to see what they might have for our daughter. Roman was very excited to see us. I needed to purchase a new car. I went to Walker Subaru dealership the first person I met was Ha Lee, that was the beginning of my postive expierence. Once I saw the car I was interested in Ha spent a great deal of time going over everthing in the car from the engine to how the car was constructed to the interior very deatailed and answered my questions along the way. The test drive was just as complete with Ha showing me the features of the car. Buying a car can be stessful but I can honestly say that Ha was friendly, knowelegable and had a ease about him that made me feel at ease. I did not feel any pressure and again just at ease and comfortable.
