Roman gave me CarFax reports on the two vehicles I was most interested in, and promptly provided the keys to test drive them. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted for the car I wanted, as well as the price I wanted for my trade-in vehicle (unseen by them), and an interest rate that is far better than I could have expected. He succeeded! On top of it, Roman buffed out the few scratches on the car himself while I finished paperwork and before he handed the keys to me. He gave me a CarFax report and Kelly Blue Book figure immediately to compare with the numbers I had investigated on my own. The negotiation process was somewhat time-consuming, but in the end I was satisfied with the price agreement. I arranged financing in advance, and since Walker's is a "CUDL" dealer, everything was already taken care of for me- very convenient. Also, I am VERY impressed with the repairs made as promised, at the Service Center. They even replaced the headlight for free. I love my new car!! More
