My wife and I purchased a new Subaru Forester from Walker's Renton Subaru a couple of weeks ago. We delt with Alix Plaster throughout the process. Alix respected this position and provided a lot of helpful information without trying to pressure us into any comittment. On our second visit, we had narrowed the field to two cars. Alix gave us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle on our own and again was very knowledgeable and easy to work with in answering all our questions. Once we had decided on the car the price negotiations went quickly and we arrived at a price that was fair to both us and the dealer. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and the car was nicely prepared for delivery. We would recomment Walker's Subaru and especially Alix Plaster to any of our friends in the car market. This was my 2nd car purchase from Walker's Renton Subaru. Alden was a dream of a person to work with. Alden Andrews was a very nice, normal guy. Don't expect any sleazy salesman talk from him. I felt no pressure and was very comfortable asking questions and taking my time. I did not feel very happy after signing the last paperwork. The service contract (sales) portion to me was unpleasant. I can't say I was pressured "to buy" any service contract, but, upon reflection paperwork. The service contract (sales) portion to me was unpleasant. In other words, I do not trust anyone in the service contract sales portion of this dealership. Everyone else was at the very least accomodating and helpful at this dealership. More

This was the second visit to the dealership in replacing our older subaru. The first visit was not satisfactory at all! Alden helped us refine that and choose the color we wanted. After delievery he took the time to instruct us on the use of some of the accessories, such as pairing our cell phones to the blue tooth and the satalite radio use. More

I bought a 2010 Prius with 14848 miles for $24500. I did most of the searching and calling online (Craigslist and KBB). Anthony was able to give me $500 over the excellent KBB amount for my FAIR condition VW 2002 103000 Miles. Unfortunately the factory manual did not come with the car. Anthony was great enough to give the previous owner a call to try and recover it for me. The only down side (if you can even call it that) is that they do not wash/fill up your Used car purchase. Overall I would give Anthony Wilson and my experience with Walker Valley Subaru a 9.9 out of 10 Pros: Quick Service Friendly Great Trade In Price Cons: No wash and fill up of sales of Used cars. We were in the market for a new Outback and contacted our insurance company for assistance. They highly recommended Walker Renton Subaru. Alix is their internet sales person and contacted me. I cannot speak more highly of her and our experience was perfect. She found the car we wanted and we quickly agreed on a price and also a price for our trade-in. There were no games and she was totally honest for the entire experience. We settled everything over the phone and via e-mail and drove up on a Saturday to see and pick-up our new car. Our first reaction was what we expected, "we loved it". Alix made arrangements for the 3M product to be applied to my car and I must say the service department scored a 10 with me also. Very polite and very helpful. Walker's is definitely a great place to purchase a car and I have told several friends about our experience and when we replace our second car, we will definitely go to Walker's even though it is 150 miles from where we live. I must say that I had an interesting purchase experience for my 2011 Subaru Forester. I did extensive research and determined that I was most interested in looking at a manual transmission model in the pre for my 2011 Subaru Forester. I did extensive research and determined that I was most interested in looking at a manual transmission model in the premium trim class. I came to find out that upper trim manual transmission models were VERY rare in Washington. None of the local Tacoma dealers had a manual transmission Forester to even test drive. I went on Edmunds.com and posted my interest in the specific model. Within hours, I got a response from Ha Lee at Walker’s Subaru of Renton. The other local dealers did not respond until days later. Ha scheduled a test drive in a base model manual transmission 2011 Forester. The test drive route was OUTSTANDING. It offered all types of terrain and conditions to put the car through its paces. After the test drive I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. My choice was a premium model with a manual five speed short shifter, fog lights, sub-woofer, tweeters, and several other options. Ultimately, it needed to be ordered directly from the factory (shortly after the earthquake in Japan) in late March. The car arrived in May. It was true satisfaction to get EXACTLY what I was looking for. The actual purchase process was quick and pleasant. HA took the time to go over ALL aspects of the car with me prior to being cut loose… Including the programing of the Bluetooth system for my iPhone. I am very satisfied to have purchased an outstanding car from an outstanding dealer. I could not have hoped for more from my purchase experience. I have already recommended Walker’s Subaru of Renton and Ha Lee to my friends. More
