I had done a lot of research and comparison shopping for a new Outback 2.5i Premium before I decided on visiting Walker's Renton Subaru. I've bought maybe a dozen cars in my life, and this was the best expe a new Outback 2.5i Premium before I decided on visiting Walker's Renton Subaru. I've bought maybe a dozen cars in my life, and this was the best experience I've had to date. Alix was super-efficient, low-key, very personable, and great to work with. I got exactly the new car I wanted, and a reasonable price for my trade-in (also an Outback.) When it came time to do the money part next door at the Mazda dealership, that was also quick and efficient, with no high-pressure sales or gimmicks. The whole car-buying experience was low-stress and fun. When my husband and I were getting ready to leave with our new car, Alix carefully showed us all the new features and how they worked, and even paired the car's bluetooth with my phone for me. The only detractor in the whole experience was dealing with the service department to get our extra options we had paid for installed. Now that was a really terrible experience, and we'll never, ever go back there. I highly recommend the Walker's Renton Subaru dealership, but stay away from their service department! More

I had been looking to purchase a new 2011 STI and broadcast a quote through a web page. Several dealers got back to me and said they had what I was looking for over email. A few of the sales people called me and setup times to meet and test drive/talk. I was really impressed by Alix for several reasons. I am in customer service myself and I know what I do to wow my own customers and she was doing everything and more. When we spoke on the phone she listened to what I was looking for and what I needed to make the deal. A few minutes after I spoke with her on the phone she sent me a follow up email thanking me with her contact information. For that reason she was the first sales person I was going to give the opportunity too. I went home and my wife and I drove down to Walker's Renton Subaru that night which was 7 on a Friday night. Alix showed me the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. The only issue was my trade in an something that needed to be checked. We setup a time for me to come back the next day. The service team took care of me and found there was no issue. Alix was with me the entire time checking in and making sure I was being taken care of. Once we decided to purchase the STI the entire process was just awesome. She was able to get me the trade in value I wanted on my car and the price of the new STI. She even came out and helped my wife and I take the junk from my old STI to my new STI. Then to top it off she made sure I knew about all the new upgrades and how to use them. She even took the time to setup my phone with the Blue Tooth on the car. I was very impressed with Alix and her entire crew at Walkers Renton Subaru. Ms. Plaster was fast and efficient to sell me the Subaru STI late in the evening. Had been at another dealership that took 4 hours of my time with no results but Alix did it at 8p.m. before closing at 9p.m STI late in the evening.
