Roman was patient and treated me as though I was buying a $50,000 vehicle even though I was spending less than $5000. The used vehicle I purchased needed to have a part replaced before I could take it home and Roman was in contact with me and let me know promptly when he thought my car would be ready and than when it was ready (on time). My husband and I visited Walker's Renton Subaru last week and I couldnt be happier. It was my second time going there. This time I wanted to trade in my Subaru Impreza for a newer car. (Subaru Forester) and and I couldnt be happier. It was my second time going there. This time I wanted to trade in my Subaru Impreza for a newer car. (Subaru Forester) and Roman was able to help me giving different options and was very helpful and happy to help us. We bough the Forester from him and Roman followed up with me the next day and few days after as well to make sure that everything went smoothly and if i needed anything else. My car windows needed to be tinted and a sunroof needed to be input as well, and he made sure that he was on top of everything to make that happen.I would highly reccomend Roman as a great car salesman, and if i need to buy another car in the future, I'll make sure to visit Walker's Renton Subaru again and ask for Roman. Dealt with HA Lee. We did not reach a deal in 2010 over price. He followed up in 2011 and found/ordered a car at the agreed price. Ha picked me up to get the car. He Spent several hours with me checking me out on the car. Walker sold the car at a very fair price with 0% financing per their advertising. Went in to buy a used Subaru Outback - we knew which car we wanted, as we had found it listed online. We found the exact car we were looking for, test drove it, and went back to the office to close the dea we wanted, as we had found it listed online. The showroom price was higher than the price we found on the internet, but they honored the price we had found online without any hassles. It was probably the least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. More
