I would recommend Walker's Renton Subaru based on my recent purchase of a used 2010 Subaru Outback. I went there because they had the only car in the Seattle area that I could find with the color, low recent purchase of a used 2010 Subaru Outback. My salesman, Gary Sidhu, was knowledgeable, patient and very considerate. It was a delight to work with him. I got a great deal on my car here... But I really wish I hadn't so I could have easily walked away from this dealership... I have had tons of experiences with buying cars from dealerships... THIS WAS hadn't so I could have easily walked away from this dealership... I have had tons of experiences with buying cars from dealerships... THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST. I was lied to over and over again by the salesman, and brought into the dealership FOUR seperate times before I took delivery of my car (each time I went in they told me I would be driving the new car home. They kept trying to get me to sign things locking me into a deal before they would show me ANY NUMBERS. It amazed me how easily they could lie through their teeth at this dealership, and the bullshit just never stopped coming. I was treated like I was an idiot, and apparantly they thought I would believe anything. I have always disliked car salesmen, but these guys take the cake. I hated every second of dealing with these people. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this dealership. This was the most horrible sales experience of my life. More

Alden was so patient with me. I was going through a divorce and had to wait for some things to settle. I started my search in March 2010 and finally got my car in November 2010. I talked to him every week or so and occasionally stopped by. He was always so friedly and helpful even though he knew it would be awhile before my purchase. When I was finally ready the color I wanted and make was not available he was able to get everything except the color shipped to me. I was expecting a call in 10 days to say my car was here. He called in 5 days telling me that my car was here and that he got the color and everything I wanted. What a nice suprise. I was so excited I couldnt believe what he had done. When I went in for the final signing they were able to lower my interest rate 3 % I could not believe my luck and could not have imagined dealing with any other dealership with such a possitive experience. What a wonderful experience I could not be Happier. Turns out once I got the car a huge snow storm hit the Pacific NW and I was able to get around with no issues.
