Kept me informed. Did think it weird they said I should replace wiper blades when I did it last visit. I believe it was only the back that needed it but they said they come in sets with the front? I didn't review if the back blade was replaced last visit. I truly doubt blades need replacing every y months More

My first time at this dealership, I was impressed by how clean and modern it is inside. Christian greeted me as I walked in I wanted to look at a Mazda CX5 I had seen on line Christian took good care of me clean and modern it is inside. Christian greeted me as I walked in I wanted to look at a Mazda CX5 I had seen on line Christian took good care of me he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Christian took the time with me to go over everything about the car helped me set up the controls and didn't rush me. He made sure i knew how to work all the controls on the car before I left. He even gave a test Lol My experience was very stress free and enjoyable. Thank you so much Christian! I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy a Mazda! Vickie Smith More
If I could give negative stars, I would. I took my car here to get a front passenger wheel bearing repaired on May 22nd. First they tell me that all four wheel bearings need to be replaced and quote me $2700, but they need to order parts. The parts arrive on Thursday and they ask me to come in to see my vehicle. They tell me that due to rust (my car is high mileage as well) they will need to replace the knuckles and tie rods -- and they tell me this just from looking at it. They had not attempted to remove anything yet. After getting an updated quote, now over $5000, I tell them I no longer want them to repair my car. Aaron, my service rep, told me that it would be no problem because repairs had not started. An hour later I receive a text from him saying that he had unfortunate news and that my rear wheel bearing had cracked. Later that day I went into the shop to inspect my car with a friend who is a mechanic. His assessment was that they were recommending repairs that were not necessary, and that the workmanship so far seemed unskilled - he could tell they used brute force to remove the rear wheel bearing they broke. No penetrating oil had even been used. Apparently the technician and service rep were all off memorial day weekend. On Saturday I went in wanting to see what condition my car was in but the guy at the front desk refused to let me see my car. I told him that I needed to be able to drive my car out of there, and for them to repair just the rear bearing that they broke. I did not get another update about my car until Tuesday. On Tuesday I was informed that the technician, Anthony, believed he would need to use a sledgehammer to separate the hub from the knuckle. I asked for less damaging interventions (heat/leverage, etc) to be utilized first. I got a nasty reply asking me if I "intended to drive my vehicle out of the shop". I simply reiterated that I would like for them to try less damaging interventions first. On Thursday evening I get a text from Aaron informing me that their technician was frustrated with having my car in his bay all week and decided to give up on the repair. Furthermore, without my consent, he decided to take my car off the lift while it is still missing bearing and whatever other damage he had done to it. I was told that he "somehow" attached my rear wheel to the car and pushed it out onto the lot. They said they would not charge me for this botched repair but they would pay their technician "on their own dime" as if they are doing me a favor! Now my car is at another shop, and they have cost me $$$ thousands in additional repairs. Subaru of America needs to step in at this point. This is highly unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. As a warning, make sure you pay attention and look at car stickers with prices…the big sticker which details what is included and what is extra and including destination charge/fee.. and a much smaller less stickers with prices…the big sticker which details what is included and what is extra and including destination charge/fee.. and a much smaller less detailed/eye catching(mind you it was in the side door and not up) it had another additional price which was added to price but not shown on bigger/eye catching sticker.. 5 year windshield chip fix/ up to 2 replacement if cracked and special sealant on doors to resist chipping. Mind you I would never purchase this kind of package.. It felt like it was sneaking this package that ended up being part of the price of the car… usually that is a package that would be offered as an “extra” during the paper signings/financing part of the car process. Basically we felt deceived. Talked with the sales manager Josh about all what happened. He said with the lack of supply they were basically doing a surcharge(charge more for lack of supply) but wanted to give the customer something.. I understand that concept.. but horrible to put that on the customer….he didn’t want to have an unhappy customer… did nothing to resolve the problem… just made excuses…I highly suggest if this problem does not get resolved.. never go to Walker’s Subaru in Renton Washington… plenty of other Subaru dealerships to go to… More
