If you don't want to read my long review, the basic summary is that I did not get a part I paid for when purchasing my car and the dealership hasn't refunded me the $900 dollars they owe me for that pa summary is that I did not get a part I paid for when purchasing my car and the dealership hasn't refunded me the $900 dollars they owe me for that part and they are no longer communicating with me about it. Oh and the sales manager (Joshua Hill) and sales consultants are bribing customers to give them positive reviews. I purchased a 2022 Crosstrek from this dealership back in February of this year. I purchased the car with some added accessories, one of them being the fosgate audio system. The sales consultant, Michael Yadon, let me know that the audio system would come about a month later after the car was delivered in April. I reached out on a monthly basis asking about the status of the audio system I purchased with the car. Each time I would ask about it, I'd get the response that it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks and some story about logistical supply chain issues. While frustrating, it was an audio system that I wanted so I never cancelled the order. Eventually, July came around and I asked once more and I was promised a deliver date of a couple weeks. A month later I get a text saying that Subaru has discontinued the package I ordered and that they'll have to cut my bank a check for the $900 I paid for the audio system. It's frustrating that they would upsell me on a part that they never had and that they would continually tell me it was coming. But the most frustrating part is that they haven't actually cut me a check yet. When I asked about it, they said sometimes checks take 60 days to process. Really? It's been about 60 days and my bank still says they haven't received anything from them, and the sales consultant is no longer responding to my messages asking about the check. Hard to feel like I'm not getting robbed when I have to fight for $900 when I never even received the part. To add to this frustration, the sales manager, Joshua Hill, and the the sales consultant Michael asked me to take a survey for them and rate them 5 stars on every single question. In exchange they'd give me a $50 gift card. Kinda sad that I sold myself out for $50 bucks but what annoyed me most is that they never sent me the card. They specifically told me not to mention the survey bribing to anyone so I'm making it a point to write it in the review after they way I've been treated. All around feel like I went to the wrong dealership and just wish I would have bought my great car at another dealership. More

First of all, I adore Mazdas! I still own a 1983 B2000 and 1999 Protégé. I have been eyeing the CX models for a while and decided to roll the dice at Walker's Renton Mazda. My experience with Christian Gonzalez was amazing! Compared to my first used Mazda purchase from another dealership, this experience was a dream! Christian was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in answering any questions I had. And very patient as he helped me navigate the onboard computer system, which is an extreme upgrade from my older Mazdas! Christian also drove the 'new to me' 2019 CX-5 to my home since I was alone and would have had to wait a few days to get a friend to assist. That was truly above and beyond and extremely generous. I would also like to mention Carrie in Financing. She was a complete dream and was able to get me a lower interest rate than what I had anticipated, and explained everything in simple terms I could understand. She treated me with great respect in a warm and welcoming way. Carrie is a Financing Goddess! While car buying can be a stressful and daunting experience, I felt truly taken care of. Would not recommend Walker’s to anyone. They have poor customer service, communication, and transparency. They added hundreds of dollars of unexplainable fees on top of the purchase price a They have poor customer service, communication, and transparency. Additionally, in the finance office, they will extend your loan out so they can add on numerous dealer add ons to keep your payments the same even if you don’t want them. Canceling the dealer add ons is an even bigger nightmare. Lastly, their inspection of vehicles is very questionable as I was missing a tire valve stem cap, missing a mudflap, and the wipers need to be replaced. It makes you question what else did they skip out on in their inspection process. I’ll never be coming back here as they will just push you off to help new customers or come up with silly excuses that don’t relate to the issue. More
