Robert was very honest and easy to work with. I was so nervous buying a car from the other side of the state, but they made it an easy process and made sure I was prepared and squared away. They even pick nervous buying a car from the other side of the state, but they made it an easy process and made sure I was prepared and squared away. They even picked me up from the airport! Phenomenal buying experience and financing process. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. More
Overall was a good experience. I could have gone without touring the cars and just got straight into talking about which car was right for me price wise as that was my main concern going in, which I voiced touring the cars and just got straight into talking about which car was right for me price wise as that was my main concern going in, which I voiced multiple times. The bargaining was pretty one sided, y'all didn't really feel like you wanted to negotiate, but I needed a car that day. I felt really xxxxty that night feeling taken advantage of, but that kinda the goal for y'all I think. Talking to a friend who manages a dealership in the east coast, he said it wasn't a bad deal except the stuff y'all snuck in talking about last minute for car warranty. He said yall up charged me more then I should have let you. But maybe it's different up in Seattle. I was fine by the next day and excited to pick up my car. I came to the dealership in a rush and y'all were very easy about getting me out the door quickly. But y'all gave me a car with 0 gas which I think is pretty miserable of y'all. I had to go fill up when I was already running late to an appointment. If it wasn't for that I would have given you 5 stars cause the other stuff is just a part of buying a car. And this was my first time buying a car so I expected to get taken advantage of a bit. Overall I love the car though and am glad I got the one I did. p.s. if y'all could keep some android chargers in your office that would be cool. My phone was dead (my fault), and I was just sitting there while y'all were going back and forth for a long time. p.p.s. iphones suck. More
Derrick responded to my inquiries quickly and I was able to go straight in to test drive the CX-9's I was interested in. He did not push me buy a new vehicle and explained what it meant to purchase a Certif to go straight in to test drive the CX-9's I was interested in. Just finished speaking with Ryan Driscoll (sales manager). He stated that every vehicle sold on their lot is sold at MSRP. Plus, you MUST pay an extra $295.00 for door edge guards (FYI, online the manager). He stated that every vehicle sold on their lot is sold at MSRP. Plus, you MUST pay an extra $295.00 for door edge guards (FYI, online they are $75.00 from Subaru), plus you must have a Subaru Starlink subscription for $75.00. Also, they add a Doc fee of 150.00 and a registration/title/license plate fee of $450.00. Doesn't sound too bad, except when you realize that in the state of Alaska you can title, register and plate a vehicle for under $175.00. But don't worry, he said "the state will send you the remainder"?!? Real question is, "Why don't you just charge what it actually costs?" Funny they don't offer any discounts off of MSRP. Because, Tacoma Subaru offered me a $500.00 discount, until they found out I lived in Alaska (apparently they don't sell to residents of Alaska), different subject all together. Here is the deal he sent me. Sale price of car $29,079 (NOT MSRP) Registration/title $450 ($175.00) Doc fee $150 (ADDED FEE FOR NO REASON) He also wanted me to put money down prior to seeing a Window Sticker and a sales contract. Fools Based on the above figures, here is how it works out... MSRP of$ 28,709 VS. $28,709.00 +$295.00. Door guards (AKA dealer fee) +75.00 Subaru Starlink. +$150.00 Doc Fee +AK TTL Fee. $75.00 +$450.00. TTL Fee Total=. $28,784.00 =$29,679.00 Difference of $895.00. That is without a discount of $500.00 that you could get from Tacoma Subaru, for Washington residents only. Add the discount and you saved $1395.00. Share the LOVE and the FEEs....BS More
We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase of our new Forester at Walker Renton Subaru. We worked with Robert Duitch, through the COSTCO purchase program, and cannot say enough about the quality of serv Forester at Walker Renton Subaru. We worked with Robert Duitch, through the COSTCO purchase program, and cannot say enough about the quality of service, information, answers to our many questions, patience, helpfulness and politeness he demonstrated throughout the entire research and eventual purchase process. He successfully has to re-educate us, buying our first car in 16 years. We sincerely appreciate his time and efforts to help us reach our final decision. However Robert doesn’t work alone, and we’re were pleased with the assistance of many others on the Walker Team, when we had other questions or needed information when Robert wasn’t available. Others even pushed the car from the showroom floor, to the outside, so we could look at the color in natural light. The parts, service, and financial departments have been equally great to work with. A consistency that obviously comes from the leadership team at Walker Renton Subaru. This combined with the highest quality of product, really made our decision an easy one. We are definitely pleased with our decision and look forward to many years of great service from the excellent staff at Walker Renton Subaru. Jack and Elaine Connell More
Got an amazing deal for a used Ford Focus, all thanks to one of the sales employees named Dio, he helped me find a car within my budget, got the price lowered for me and even came in on his day off to help one of the sales employees named Dio, he helped me find a car within my budget, got the price lowered for me and even came in on his day off to help me get set up with it the next day, the dealership itself wasn't perfect but I greatly appreciate the assistance I got from Dio. Nice dealership, very good service and everyone is friendly. Dealerships will always be like you expect but they treat you like a person instead of just a sale. friendly. Dealerships will always be like you expect but they treat you like a person instead of just a sale. More
