Unprofessional Service Center I scheduled an appointment in advance with a loaner to provide a second opinion on a weeping axle seal (as reported by my mechanic) for my 2019 WRX. I scheduled an appointment in advance with a loaner to provide a second opinion on a weeping axle seal (as reported by my mechanic) for my 2019 WRX. When I spoke to the service rep and explained the circumstances, he stated that if the seal is weeping but not yet leaking that the warranty would not cover work. It seemed like a rushed decision to get me out of there especially considering my car is a 2019. Even if the seal is not yet leaking but still starting to weep, why wouldn't this be considered under warranty when it is clearly not normal wear and tear. When I inquired as to why, he did explain at all. I then requested that they still look at it, he mentioned that non-express services would take 2-3 days to get to my car. Without allowing me to respond, he sent me over to express care where they proceeded to explain that it would take 1-2 hours to look at my car and no loaner could be provided. At this point I was too frustrated to argue and simply left. I am still shocked as to why they did not inform me ahead of time when I made the appointment that they would rather not schedule it in the first place. I'm not sure what happened here but in my opinion, everything was very unprofessional. I will never come back here. More

No Communication and lack of concern for their guests. First, I brought my car in for service and when I got it back they did not tighten the exhaust manifold brackets down. I had to fix this myself. When I brought this to the attention of Service they doubted my judgement and pretty much brushed me off. Secondly, I purchased a 2020 STI from them right before the lock-down. The car arrived two days before Sales was closed due to this and they did not even give me a courtesy call that the car was there. Part of the deal was to install a short throw shifter assembly on the car which included the assembly itself and a STI Shift knob. They neglected to install this part and when I inquired about it they argued with me saying this wasn't part of the package even though it clearly is from Subaru's popular package features. This dealership has lost my trust. I cannot believe they lost a customer over a $100 part. My next Subaru will not be from these guys. More
