Took it for a test drive and left for a few hours to think about it. I came back stating that yes, I wanted this specific Forester and we sat down to talk about the numbers. The funny thing here is that my frustration isn't over the purchase price, that was settled very easily with a number we saw it advertised for online. The problem that we had was that they INSISTED on knowing the monthly payments we wanted to make before considering anything else. They never listened when we gave told them the down payment we would make and the trade in value we would agree on and such. They simply didn't move any further without knowing the monthly payments we wanted to make. I just wanted to know how much it would be with all of the numbers there in front of him. I'm not very good at math but even I could tell that he had all he needed to compute the amount. He went to his manager and came back multiple times WITHOUT changing anything! He never listened and at this I blame both him and the manager. At that point I asked for my keys and my paperwork back and we were out the door, not even looking back. I really believe that it was the stupidest thing for them to lose the sale over and yet I am relieved that I don't have to deal with them anymore. I love Subarus and but will NEVER go back to this dealership. I literally left with a sick stomach. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
Bait and Switch My family and I found a specific color and interior trim Subaru Ascent that we wanted and emailed for price and confirmation since we live far away. After calling and driving more than 80 miles to get there, the person we thought we were going to meet with was busy. That wasn’t a big deal as we knew exactly what we were there to see so we were happy to work with the new sales associate we were introduced to. We Showed them the make, model and vin number of the car and he confirmed they had it. He then told us it was on a test drive but he called and they were almost done. He also looked up in inventory and they had another vehicle with the exact same specifications so he left to get that one. Thirty minutes later, the sales associate that was supposedly on the test drive stopped by to tell us that the person helping us was having to move a lot of cars to get to the one we were there to see and would be with us shortly. 20 min later he came back but with no car keys and telling us he was having a hard time locating it. 5 more min we were told (did I mention we had our two children with us). 20 min later he arrived with keys to a car that wasn’t what we were there to see, but asked us to take it for a drive while he figured things out. When we got back the sales associate said that the car we were there to see was now taking people over to look at s Mazda (apparently same owner for the Subaru and Mazda dealer, but xxx? ). We had now been there for over an hour and still hadn’t seen what we drove all that way for. Then to make matters worse he tried to sell us a car that was more expensive than the one we had requested, saying that the Ascent limited we wanted didn’t come with navigation. When we tried to leave he told us we needed to speak to the manager to ‘make it right’. We couldn’t leave this dealership fast enough. Worst “potential” car buying experience ever! We should have just gone to IKEA! More
Dishonest service technicians and manager! I have a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI at 15,000 miles timing belt slipped because of a defect in the oil system. Subaru of North America had the car t I have a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI at 15,000 miles timing belt slipped because of a defect in the oil system. Subaru of North America had the car towed to Renton Walker Subaru. The service tech didn't listen to me about the obd 2 error code showing engine timing out of spec and caused further damage to the motor, and then the dealership did not honor warranty. Both incompetent and dishonest!! More

The buying process with Princess went pretty well, but after we signed on the dotted line we got forgotten about by the dealer. Our purchase included a detailing and protection service we paid for and was told by Daren we would get a call to set up the appt. After several follow-ups with Princess and Melissa for the dealer to get a callback, it is 2 months later and we have yet to hear from the Service dept. My husband is a firefighter, I am a Registered Nurse and Army Reserve officer so we know about selfless service and customer service. It's a xxxx shame and I see why my brother bought his Subaru thru Bellevue instead. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment myself. We have 3 kids and would have loved to continued business with Walkers, but when trust is broken it is hard to gain it back. We love our two Subaru's and we will purchase more, but not with Walkers. More

Ive always purchased used and I was super nervous walking in knowing that i had never put this much money down on a vehicle. Chery made the whole process so much easier on me and couldnt have been more informative. The whole staff were very friendly and would even hold doors open for you as you walked in and out. The whole experience was exciting, and I walked out with the keys to my new Impreza and a smile that I have yet to shake off. More
