My partner had been researching Foresters online for a few months to replace an Impreza hatchback that he purchased several years ago from Walker's. He found exactly the one he wanted (coincidentally at Walker's). We went to the dealership to look at it and Diane greeted us. We liked her the instant we met her! She talked us through the one we were interested in, educating us on the new Forester features, and made the process easy, peasy! We left with our new car within a relatively short timeframe. We asked her to look for a Crosstrek for myself to purchase sometime in the distant future. Instead, we decided that we liked our experience with Diane so much that we contacted her less than a week later. We gave her the parameters for the car I was looking for on the phone, listened to her invaluable perspective and ideas, negotiated a price, and she tracked one down within less than an hour! Intermittent is hard to find My car has an intermittent "won't start" problem. The service staff went all out to try and duplicate and fix the problem. Unfortunately, it did not My car has an intermittent "won't start" problem. The service staff went all out to try and duplicate and fix the problem. Unfortunately, it did not reoccur while they had the car. They have given me some tips on what to look for if it occurs again that would help in their diagnostics. I fully understand the difficulty when a problem is intermittent. I have nothing but positive things to say about how the service department handled this. More
