Everything was fine, except for no shuttle service or loaner I found out when I got there that I could have used a loaner car for the day if I had made the appointment on the phone. How come on-line reservation I found out when I got there that I could have used a loaner car for the day if I had made the appointment on the phone. How come on-line reservation did not mention that? I brought my bike with me just in case that happened so I could get back to work , but I would have preferred to not have to use it on Renton's busy streets.
