I had taken my car to Rairdin’s in Auburn and they couldn’t diagnose the problem or maybe they just didn My service rep was Brad and he was excellent! Amazing checkup Service center agent Arvin Oreiro checked me in for my appointment for a complimentary checkup with coupon on my 2005 Forester. I explained I had been Service center agent Arvin Oreiro checked me in for my appointment for a complimentary checkup with coupon on my 2005 Forester. I explained I had been hearing noises from the engine area at startup and while turning left or right. When getting the car details outside he personally check the belts and explained that the noise was probably related to them. I left the car, all systems were checked, and the loose belts were tightened. I received a complete report of what was good and what might be needed in the future. Car runs great now and I have peace of mind. All complimentary. Thanks ever so much. Have 3 Subarus and will return again. More

This change in outlook was due to the great experience I had with our salesperson Katie C. She was able to understand and thoroughly address my needs and concerns. I typically hate buying cars (am i getting ripped off? is the car as promised? Getting tag-teamed to buy today or buy unnecessary accessories and warranties etc...), but Katie made the process tolerable. She allowed me time to evaluate, she demonstrated everything I was interested in and she went to bat for me with her sales manager. I'm hoping the service side of the dealership is as good as Katie has been. More
