Buying the new car I paid way to much for the service contract when I bought the car new 2 years ago I would not recommend anyone buying the service contract. There is not an option for "drop off" or "waiting", so when I showed up I was told that I checked "dropping off" when I was not given the choice. Luckily they were able to get my car done in an hour (for an oil change, wash). But if they were backed up, I could have waited for 3-4 hours. More
