I had such a great experience that I literally hugged everyone before I drove my new Crosstrek off the lot. I never felt rushed or pressured, even though they stayed open super late (2 hrs past closing) to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new car and pricing. Then, after the sale was done, they could have left, but instead, stayed even later to help me clean out/transfer belongings out of my trade-in to my new car!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND PEOPLE!!! Special shout out to Katie, Sean and Carrie for hooking a girl up!!!! 🤗 Thank you!!! I LOVE my Crosstrek!!! More

Car wash I went in for 18,000 service ... oil change and tire rotation. I said they could skip the wash because it was sprinkling. I returned in 1 hour and a I went in for 18,000 service ... oil change and tire rotation. I said they could skip the wash because it was sprinkling. I returned in 1 hour and a half, service was done and car was washed and it quit raining! All good. Wipers were streaking so they replaced all of the blades...under warranty. More

I should have bought a Honda !! First of all, I feel like I paid too much for the Certified Pre-Owned Mazda CX-5. I believe the sales staff lied to me about how low they could go on First of all, I feel like I paid too much for the Certified Pre-Owned Mazda CX-5. I believe the sales staff lied to me about how low they could go on the price and how much they had into it. I saw the exact same car at Walkers on Car Guru for $500 less the next day. I believe I paid at least $1000-2000 more than the car was worth. Certified Pre-Owned is just a scam to charge more for a used car. My fault, I should have never went to Walker's in the first place, and I should have walked out halfway through all the back and forth bullcrap trying to make a deal. When I went to finance we were near the payment I wanted at 72 months. At some point during the finance sales pitch for extra stuff he switched my deal to 84 months without telling me. I accept some of the blame because I should have noticed it when I was signing the papers. It was around 11pm and I had been there since 5pm. I was tired and wanted to hurry up. I didn't notice it until the next day and it was too late. I feel he should have informed me when he changed it. I should have known, It's what car dealerships do, slime you. There were a few flaws on the exterior of the car and the inside had dog hair on the seats. The sales person agreed to have the interior detailed, and the scratches buffed out. It took a week for the service dept. to call me and I had to set my appt out three weeks so I could get a loaner to go to work. It also took them a week to move one of my trades from in front of my house. The detail on the inside was good work. Overall it was a bad experience. I truly believe I got shafted, but I do accept some of the blame because I should have walked out halfway through the deal. I had a gut feeling they were shady. Plus the car is cheaply made. I notice how flimsy and thin the metal is when I wash the car. I actually put a dent in it while I was waxing the car. I plan to get out of this Mazda CX-5 I bought at Walkers Mazda as soon as possible. Every time I look at it I feel sick to my stomach. Right now I'm stuck with it.
