I'll add that the seats in the waiting room area are comfortable, making it overall a very pleasant visit; the bathrooms are always clean and there are stations for anyone who works on their laptops. On multiple occasions I’ve been told my car was ready for pickup only to arrive and learn it was still in the car wash queue. Most recently I had as told the car was “ready” at 5pm. When I came to pick it up at 10 the next morning, it hadn’t been washed at all. A small thing perhaps. But having to wait an additional 30 minutes for a mediocre wash matters. BTW Brad Hallock is a very kind, good humored, knowledgeable professional- an outstanding representative of your organization. More
