Fine experience buying a new Outback Wa sat down with Joel to buy a new Outback. Joel fully explained the features and the options without pressure to chose any additions. He then brought in his Manager, Rick, to go over the purchase price. It appeared to be very competitive but we felt we needed to do more homework before deciding. We went home and, after checking online to determine that the quote vas very competitive, called Joel back and said we would like to order the car. When we came back to finalize the sale, Joel had us meet with the in-house financial person. He explained the various protection and extended warranty options,again with good information but no pressure to buy. Our car arrived about six weeks later and Joel instructed us on the various features of the car. All in all a professional and relaxed experience. This is the second Subaru we have purchased from Walker's. We can recommend Joel and Walker without reservation. Mark Endresen More

Mark Jacoby was helpful and knowledgeable and took us through a short selection process. Things were great until we went through the financial part with Lap Nguyen. Selecting the warrantee and extras package was presented in an unclear manner (and a very poor explanation offered), which ultimately jacked up the final sale price by thousands of dollars. We had to stop and redo the purchase contract. I was uneasy that he was having us sign all other paperwork before we'd even seen the final purchase contract. It is clear that buyers absolutely must know what they are doing before signing on the dotted line. More
